THE PARK ON WARD 

Howard Hughes announces two future projects that will start sales in April or June 2021. The Park on Ward is Howard Hughes' eighth condo tower project in Ward Village which are positioned on the "second row" adjacent to Victoria Ward Park. The site of The Park on Ward is currently home to Ohana Hale Marketplace and previously The Sports Authority.

The Park on Ward will include 546 market-rate residential units, and ground-floor commercial on all four sides of the block.

The Park will be a very similar product to Ko’ula, Howard Hughes' sixth condo tower located directly across Victoria Park. They both have a similar orientation within Ward Village (located in the second row) offering comparable views of Victoria Ward Park and of Kewalo Harbor. The Park on Ward will have marginally less units than Ko’ula and we expect unit sizes, pricing, and finish level to be comparable.
