Ililani will be 42-stories featuring 163 market units and 165 HHFDC affordable units. In other words, about half of the total 328 Ililani units will be affordable units. Floor plans will vary only between 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom layouts with 8 units per floor. Like to garden? Ililani will be the only high-rise building in Honolulu to have a community garden for its residents to grow their own food.

AMENITIES
Unique to Ililani is the splash pool, private ride-share fleet for Ililani residents only and the community gardens for the opportunity of urban farming. Most high rises in Kaka'ako have large dedicated pool areas... just don't expect that to be the case at Ililani. Who cares though? It is Hawaii, and there are nearby beaches like local faves Ala Moana Beach Park or Kaimana Beach to indulge in!
The private ride-share fleet will be managed by HUI Car Share and located on the lowest parking level of the Ililani garage. Although there is no fee for residents to sign up, there will be a lower than market rate applied and will include gas, insurance, cleaning, maintenance and taxes. So if residents need to do a quick errand or day trip, they will have 24/7 exclusive access.
Residents can even call themselves urban farmers if they desire to reserve a plot in the community garden to grow their own vegetables, fruits and herbs. Plans are to have a regular visit from an industry professional to guide those interested in gardening.

In the future, because it has not been built yet... Ililani will be within walking distance to the planned Kaka'ako rail station. It will take approximately 2 minutes to get to Ala Moana's rail station, 14 minutes to the airport and imagine this... 19 minutes to the Aloha Stadium Station. Opting to not fight traffic will be in your cards when rushing to catch a flight or a sporting event at Aloha Stadium.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Surrounding Ililani is the vibrant neighborhood of Kaka'ako located between the areas of Downtown Honolulu and Waikiki. Here you'll find dining options ranging from fine dining to street food. A few blocks away is a complex called SALT, which spans a whole city block between Ala Moana Blvd and Auahi St. SALT is roughly 85,000 sq ft of a mix of retail, restaurant and services. Even less than a block away is your nearest organic grocery store, Down to Earth. Coming soon in 2020, another chain grocery store will be making its first debut in Hawaii: H Mart. They will be opening a block away. How convenient!
